Customer Service Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Window: You may return item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Return:
- Ensure your item(s) meets the conditions outlined above.
- Include the packing slip: If you have your packing slip, please include it with your return.
- If you do not have the packing slip, please include a copy of the original order confirmation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a carrier of your choice to return the item to us. Please make sure to make note of your return tracking number.
- Return Address: Ship your return item(s) to the address provided below:

Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Please note that initial shipping charges and international duties are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Item(s) marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable.
- Products that are used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Exchanges: If you would like a different item(s) than previously ordered, simply place a new order for the desired item(s) and select the economy shipping method at checkout. Then follow the return policy above to return any unwanted item(s).
